What does this 👆mean for you?

I know finding a vintage guitar that plays well, doesn’t require a major overhall, frets, neck, hardware and electronics can be difficult and daunting to find, let alone exist. And just below that, a “Custom this, Master that” can be priced right out of anyone’s budget. We looked back at the “Golden Age” of guitar building to bring you a competitively priced, fully customizable, hand-tooled, instrument built with the same artistry and skill of the early ‘50’s and through the ‘60’s.

How do we do this?

Our approach uses tried and true techniques throughout your build. We employ hand-tooled processes, no CNC. Era specific hardware, often from the original manufacturers is used. Cold rolled steel, and our own proprietary stainless steel hardware, is also used throughout.  We use a nitocellulous finish to give your instrument that resonant, warm tone reminiscent of that period. We’ve refined some of theses techniques and process where we found it beneficial, however expect a bel.Sonique to be as historically accurate with that undeniable vintage vibe we all want.

Where’s the value in all of this?

At any given time there’s just Alex and Ian constructing your guitar. That is it. From start to finish your guitar is examined carefully. You are not an order number to us. We will be in continuous contact with you through out the process with updates, making sure you are completely satisfied!
